Low Voltage Capacitor

WBB filter capacitor represents the development direction of compensation capacitor in the future. It is a high load, low loss, dry self-healing, inflatable three-phase or single-phase capacitor specially designed for tuning compensation and harmonic filtering. WBB filter capacitor is manufactured by metallized film (MKP) technology, and nano-technology is used in vacuum purification. Nano-multi-alloy composite layer is evaporated on both sides of polypropylene film, which has excellent self-healing performance. According to the capacity of a single capacitor, the WBB filter capacitor elements are combined and placed in a high-strength aluminum shell. The capacitor is protected by special technology, vacuum drying and filling with emotional gas at the same time, which ensures good stability and long service life of the capacitor.
 
Terminal and Discharge Module
 
WBB filter capacitors are designed with different touchable bolt terminals according to the size of a single capacitor to ensure the reliability of the connection, meet the needs of large capacity and large current, and have built-in high efficiency discharge resistance module to ensure that the capacitor discharges less than 50V in a minute after leaving the system.
 
Appearance and installation
 
The shell of WBB filter capacitor is made of high strength aluminium alloy, which can be divided into smooth type and abrasive texture type according to the application situation. Reasonable design of different shape size and aspect ratio according to customer needs. Superconducting molecule welding process is used at the bottom to weld high strength bolts suitable for installation. Large capacity can be specially welded double stud bolts. WBB filter capacitor can be installed 360 degrees according to the actual needs of customers, in order to save space.
