Made-in-China Green Paper Announces the Main Target of Power Equipment Manufacturing Countries
 
Recently, the Chinese Academy of Engineering officially released the Green Paper on Technological Innovation in the Key Areas of Made-in-China 2025. The Green Paper points out the development trend and key points of ten key areas such as electric power equipment in the next ten years. It focuses on guiding enterprises'innovative activities and guiding the market and social resources to effectively gather to the strategic focus of the country.
 
The green paper points out that the technology roadmap of Made-in-China 2025 is a scientific, forward-looking and strategic consultation report with very important reference value. It solicits opinions from enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions and professional associations. At the same time, considering the rapid development of technology and market changes, the technology roadmap will be revised every two years.
 
What are the characteristics of a powerful power in power equipment manufacturing? How to achieve it? With the publication of the Green Paper, it came to the surface.
 
Define the goal of strengthening the country and focus on key products
 
In order to achieve the first ten-year goal of manufacturing power, the Green Paper defines specific goals in two stages.
 
In terms of power generation equipment, by 2020, the industrial scale will reach 100 million kilowatt/year, the domestic market share of domestic equipment will reach 90%, and the export proportion will account for 30% of the annual output. By 2025, three international enterprise groups with capital, scale, technology, quality, brand advantages and core competitiveness will be formed, with sustained innovation capability. Large-scale thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power and other complete sets of equipment have reached the international leading level, with independent intellectual property rights of new and renewable energy equipment and energy storage devices market share of more than 80%.
 
In terms of transmission and transformation equipment, by 2020, the output value of the industry will reach 220 billion yuan, the domestic market share of key components will reach 80% or more, and the export proportion of complete sets of equipment will exceed 20%. By 2025, the output value of the industry will reach 300 million yuan, forming an international standard system of UHV AC and DC transmission complete sets dominated by China. The domestic market share of key components is more than 90%, the export proportion of transmission and transformation complete sets is more than 25%, and the reliability and technical index of products reach the advanced international level.
 
At the same time, the green paper puts forward the development focus of power equipment manufacturing countries. In key products, clean and efficient coal-fired power equipment mainly focuses on 1200 MW ultra-supercritical units, advanced ultra-supercritical units with higher parameters at 700 C, 600-1000 MW ultra-critical circulating fluidized bed boilers, 1000 MW ultra-critical air-cooling units, flue gas high-efficiency ultra-clean emission devices and carbon capture equipment. Type I Gasification Gas-Steam Combined Cycle Power Generation Unit (IGCC).
 
 
 
 
Heavy-duty gas turbines mainly focus on 50-70 MW gas turbines, F-class 300 MW heavy-duty gas turbines and G/H-class 400 MW heavy-duty gas turbines.
 
Large advanced nuclear power has formed a complete set of nuclear power equipment with independent intellectual property rights for 1000 MW, 1500 MW and 2000 MW third generation large advanced pressurized water reactor. Meanwhile, 200 MW high temperature gas cooled reactor, 600 MW fast reactor and 100 MW Thorium-based molten salt reactor nuclear power equipment have been developed.
 
The hydroelectric complete sets of equipment focus on the development of 150-400 MW capacity, variable speed pumping and storage units with speed regulation range (+10%) and constant speed pumping and storage units at 700 m head section; 1000 MW super-large hydroelectric generating units with rated head of 202 m; high head and large capacity impact turbine units.
 
The development of renewable energy power generation equipment focuses on 5 MW wind turbine, 10 MW large offshore wind turbine, intelligent management and control system of wind power group, solar single tower power 50-150 MW large photothermal generator, biomass and garbage clean burner gasification equipment.
 
In terms of transmission and transformation equipment, the key products to be developed include UHV AC/DC complete sets, generator protection circuit breaker complete sets, intelligent substation complete sets, intelligent distribution network complete sets, flexible DC transmission and transformation equipment, energy-saving and environment-friendly transmission and transformation equipment, user-end electrical components and user-end electrical complete sets. User-side system solutions.
 
In addition, the green paper also puts forward requirements for key components and key common technologies of power generation, transmission and transformation equipment. In the aspect of key components, we should focus on the products which are difficult to be independent at the present stage, such as high temperature components and control devices of heavy gas turbines, main pumps of large nuclear coolants, last stage long blades of large nuclear steam turbines of 2000 mm class, bushing of key components for ultra-high pressure, IGBT module of high pressure and high power, large capacity vacuum arc extinguishing. Room, etc.
 
Implementing application demonstration and matching supporting measures
 
Faced with the chronic problem of difficult application and popularization of domestic equipment, the green paper clarifies the key areas of application demonstration project.
 
The demonstration project of clean and efficient power generation application mainly promotes 1200 MW class ultra-supercritical units, 600-1000 MW ultra-critical fluidized bed boilers, 1000 MW class ultra-critical air cooling units, high efficiency ultra-supercritical units, 50-70 MW class, 300 MW class F class heavy gas turbines, etc. Push 1000 MW, 1500 MW, 2000 MW nuclear power equipment and 200 MW high temperature gas cooled reactor, 600 MW sodium cooled fast reactor; Pumped storage and large-scale hydropower application demonstration projects mainly push 150-400 MW variable speed pumped storage units, 1000 MW grade turbine units; New energy application demonstration projects mainly push 50 MW, 100 MW, etc. Class I photothermal power generation, 5-10 MW wind power generation.
 
In terms of power transmission and transformation, the development and demonstration application of key technologies and complete sets of equipment for 1100 KV UHVDC transmission, including converter valves, converter transformer smoothing reactor, DC arrester and DC arrester, are presented.
